Cautions and use of LED modules

The first is the special switching power supply for LEDs: the power supply can only be moisture-proof and not waterproof, so the external power supply must be waterproofed.
 
The switching power supply adjusts the output voltage according to the characteristics of the LED module. Please do not rotate the voltage adjustment button at will during use.
 
LED modules use low-voltage input, and the power supply is required to be installed within 10 meters of the LED light-emitting module.
 
LEDs are divided into positive and negative poles. When installing, please note that the power port wiring must correspond to the positive and negative poles. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, the module will not emit light, and the LED module will not be damaged.
 
LED modules use low voltage input, so you must not directly connect to 220V without going through the power supply, otherwise the whole module will be burned.

When installing the LED module, double-sided adhesive or woodworking adhesive is required to make the module card slot and the plastic bottom plate firmly adhered. When using double-sided tape, you must add glass glue, otherwise the module will fall off under long-term outdoor sunlight.
 
When installing modules in blister characters or boxes, try to use three-point or four-point lines. When connecting, try to make the entire word or box form a loop or multiple loops. Use red and black power cables to connect The modules at the end of each stroke are connected according to the positive and negative poles.
 
Do not connect more than 50 groups of power module outlets in series, otherwise the tail module will reduce the brightness due to voltage attenuation. Although forming loops can avoid attenuation, it should not be connected with too many modules.
 
When the LED module is not waterproofed, when it is installed in the font or cabinet, rainwater should be prevented from entering the font or cabinet.
 
The module spacing can be adjusted according to the brightness requirements, and the layout point per square meter is preferably controlled between 50 and 100 groups.
 
When the power cord is connected to the cabinet, it must first be connected to the corresponding four or three sets of modules through a four-point or three-point line. After entering the cabinet, the power cord should be tied with a large knot to prevent it from being pulled off by the outside force.
 
The lengths of single branch lines are 12 ~ m and 15 ~ m respectively, according to actual use. The lifted connecting wire (including the unused connecting wire head) should be fixed on the plastic bottom plate with glass glue to prevent light.
 
Do not push, squeeze, or press the components on the module during installation to avoid damage to the components and affect the overall effect. Remember! Remember!
 
In order to prevent the connecting wire from easily falling off the wire base, the wire base is designed with barbs. If it is inconvenient to insert, it should be pulled out and re-inserted. You must confirm that the connecting cable is firmly inserted, otherwise it will fall off in the future.
